Who handles your information
Jose Campins, an independent engineering consultant based in Bangkok, Thailand, is responsible for information submitted through this website. Privacy questions can be sent through the contact form.
Information collected
The contact form asks for your name, email address, an optional company name, and your message. If you choose a project lens on the homepage, that selection is included as enquiry context. Formspree may also process technical submission data such as your IP address, browser, submission time, and referring page to deliver and protect the service. Please do not include sensitive personal information or confidential project data that is not needed for an initial enquiry.
How it is used
Your information is used only to assess and respond to your enquiry, provide a CV when appropriately requested, discuss a possible engagement, and maintain necessary business records. It is not used for mailing lists, automated profiling, or sale to third parties.
Service providers and international processing
Form submissions are processed by Formspree, which routes the submission and may store it under its own privacy and security terms. Cloudflare provides network delivery and security and may process IP addresses and request metadata. These services may process information outside your country of residence.
Retention and disclosure
Enquiry information is kept only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, follow up, or meet legal and business-record obligations. It is disclosed only when needed to operate the form service, comply with law, or protect legal rights.
Your choices and rights
You may ask for access, correction, or deletion of your enquiry information through the contact form. Applicable rights depend on where you live and may be subject to legal exceptions.
Cookies and local storage
The site does not set analytics or advertising cookies. It stores your light or dark theme preference and, if selected, your project lens in your browser's local storage so the page can remember its emphasis. The selected lens is also submitted as enquiry context when you send the form. Formspree is contacted only when you submit a form; Cloudflare handles normal page requests for delivery and security.
