2017 33,000 BPD Partial Processing / Bulk Water Removal Package 

  • Engineering, design and project management of a Partial Processing System designed to remove bulk water from the production manifold of highly liquid constrained processing topsides.
  • This system was developed and designed for installation on a minimum facilities wellhead platform where the ability to separate, treat and discharge a significant proportion of the water phase from the wellstream fluids effectively debottlenecked the existing downstream processing facilities.

  • Engineering and design of a fast track & low cost SWIMS.

 

  • Sea Water Injection Mobile System (SWIMS) is a system that is designed to increase recovery efficiency through waterflooding small marginal offshore oil reservoirs. This portable system consists of submersible pumps to lift sea water, coarse & fine filtration, chemical injection unit, water holding tank with the ability to treat with oxygen scavenger and biocide and high pressure pumps.

 

  • The system has a relatively small footprint and is designed to be mobile and flexible to service multiple offshore platforms.
